Lewis Energy Group, a leading exploration and production company, seeks a Maintenance Technician I to perform building and facility maintenance across office, industrial, and ranch environments. You will respond to trouble calls, assess issues, and coordinate repairs using internal and external resources.

This role requires basic electrical/HVAC knowledge, ability to travel weekly to multiple properties, and a daily 8am-5pm schedule with possible overtime.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related maintenance experience.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Basic computer and smart device skills.
• Demonstrated maintenance technician experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, hydraulic and other systems.
• Strong maintenance processes knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel overnight regularly (overnight travel).
• Familiarity with local/state/federal maintenance regulations.
• Typical work hours: M-F, 8am-5pm; overtime as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, identify, and correct facility, equipment and system problems to maintain safety and prevent degradation.
• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance to keep facilities and systems operating.
• Document work orders, material lists, and time spent on tasks.
• Request supplies and materials to support projects and maintenance.
• Reconfigure or modify office and space layouts to maximize use of space.
• Travel weekly to various properties.

Maintenance Technician I offers basic building and premise maintenance services in office, industrial, and ranch environments to company personnel. Provides first response assistance to trouble calls, makes preliminary assessment of problems, facilitate needed adjustments or repairs utilizing internal and external resources as required. Performs work of average to considerable difficulty in the journey-level performance of building maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

Inspects, identifies, and corrects facility, equipment and system problems to maintain properties and equipment in safe condition, prevent degradation of property and systems, and prevent failures that would cause reduction in service.

Plans and schedules corrective action and preventive maintenance to repair or modify defects and maintain operating condition of facilities, equipment, and systems.

Documents work, work orders, purchase orders, and material list to account for materials purchased and time spent in completing work assigned.

Requests supplies and materials needing to replace materials consumed and assure their availability for assigned projects, scheduled maintenance, and emergency responses.

Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts’ modular offices and space to accommodate user needs and maximize office space.

Traveling weekly to various properties.

About You (Qualifications & Experience):

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year related experience.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Basic computer and smart device skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, hydraulic and other systems.
• Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight regularly.
• Familiarity with local/state/federal rules and regulations for maintenance work activities.
• M-F, 8am-5pm
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
