Job Description

We seek a reliable individual passionate about providing a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

Compensation

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life and property value by:

• Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of building systems and prevent deterioration.
• Handling carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to maintain building integrity.
• Cleaning and repairing fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
• Operating and maintaining systems and equipment as needed.
• Performing daily pool maintenance.

Requirements

• Certified Pool Operator license preferred.
• Own vehicle required.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, safety protocols, documentation, and regulations.
• Understanding of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance standards.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements.
• Knowledge of local and state safety regulations.
• Basic tools (power drill, saw, screwdrivers, level, hammer, etc.) may be required.
• Ability to safely operate and climb ladders (up to 28 ft).
• Proficiency with smartphones and email for daily operations and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
