Aerotek is seeking Maintenance Technicians to install, repair and service warehouse machinery at a large, high-speed distribution facility in Rockville, VA. The role emphasizes predictive and preventative maintenance, with a focus on reliability and safety in a fully onsite environment.

The position is permanent and onsite, with a pay rate of $32.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial maintenance are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on maintenance.
• Experience as an industrial or facilities maintenance technician, diesel or automotive technician, or related field.

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) routines and complete required documentation
• Conduct battery changes and preventative maintenance on battery systems
• Accurately enter downtime data and complete daily logs and PM sheets

Aerotek is looking for Maintenance Technicians to help with the installation, repair and fixing of warehouse machinery!

Looking for Candidates in the Rockville, Laurel, Richmond, Hopewell and surrounding areas.

PAY: $32.50/HR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechanically Inclined
• Previous experience as an industrial or facilities maintenance technician, a diesel mechanic, an automotive technician, or other relevant field

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, and repairs automated material handling systems, including conveyors and robotics, within a large, high-speed distribution facility. This role focuses on predictive and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and ensuring equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (MHE), including conveyors
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) routines and complete required documentation
• Conduct battery changes and preventative maintenance on battery systems
• Accurately enter downtime data and complete daily logs and PM sheets
• Manage and complete work orders within a CMMS system

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64040.00 - $64040.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
