Zusammenfassung

RAM Partners, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to preserve the physical integrity of our multi-family properties. You will tackle work orders, perform make-readies, and maintain grounds and common areas while keeping a safe, organized shop and accurate parts lists.

You will rotate nights and weekends as needed, with a customer-service mindset toward residents, staff and vendors. We offer competitive pay, 401(k) with match, and robust benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.

• Perform preventative maintenance and keep shop organized.

Compensation: $21 to $25 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Complete make-readies
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and materials list needed weekly
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule and on call rotating nights and weekends
