Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the physical integrity of our multi-family properties. Responsibilities include timely work orders, preventative maintenance, and keeping grounds in top condition for residents and staff.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($18–$20/hour) with bonuses per property commission, 15 days PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, and training courses. Valid driver’s license and EPA HVAC/CPO certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Completes make readies.
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis.
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.
