The role requires EPA certification and maintenance experience, with responsibilities spanning work orders, vacant unit prep, and property upkeep. On-site outdoors work and a rotating after-hours schedule are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Own basic tools and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and service requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Maintain pool and amenities (CPO required).
• Respond to after-hours emergencies (on‑call rotation).
• Uphold OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
• Track supply inventory and equipment maintenance.

What You’ll Do:
