Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a full-time maintenance role at Richardson Renaissance in Richardson, TX. The position involves performing preventative maintenance tasks, repairing guest room systems, and handling routine electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and plumbing tasks to keep hotel facilities in top condition.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience, be able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
