Watermill Express, a national leader in refill kiosks, seeks a Maintenance Representative for Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will maintain, repair, and support refill station equipment and surroundings, handling cleaning, painting, basic mechanical/electrical tasks, and some refrigeration maintenance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and perform duties safely.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations and maintain surrounding areas.
• Maintain landscape and parking lot areas.
• Replace signage and decals as needed.
• Repair and troubleshoot refill stations per company standards.
• Assist construction/development efforts when needed.
• Operate and care for company vehicle and equipment.
• Drive to Watermill locations within assigned area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive‑up format.

The Maintenance Representative is experienced in the proper maintenance, repair, and support for the refill station structure, equipment, and surrounding property. Tasks include, but are not limited to general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.

This position works independently and you must take pride in your work.

You Are Eligible For

• Company Vehicle. Drive home daily
• Starting hourly rate is $16.00

Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in safe manner.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations.
• Maintain landscape at refill stations.
• Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.
• Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations per company standards.
• Support and assist with construction / development efforts as needed.
• Repair water only and water‑ice units as needed.
• Properly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipment.
• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Clean motor vehicle record; valid, current driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending.
• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water only and water‑ice units.
• Ability to work in heat.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work.

Education, Experience And Certificates

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred.
• This position is considered safety sensitive due to the essential requirement of operating a company vehicle on public roadways.
