Job summary

Watermill Express, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Representative to maintain, repair, and support refill stations, equipment and the surrounding property. The role covers cleaning, plumbing, basic mechanical and electrical repairs, painting, and some refrigeration system maintenance.

The position works independently and you must take pride in your work. Benefits include a company vehicle to drive home daily, a starting wage of $19.00 per hour, no-cost employee-only health insurance with a $900

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred in electrical/maintenance fields.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and Code of Conduct.
• Paint refill stations and keep units clean.
• Pressure wash and perform basic maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain landscape and parking areas, replace signage as needed.
• Operate company vehicle to multiple locations within area.

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive-up format.

The Maintenance Representative is experienced in the proper maintenance, repair, and support for the refill station structure, equipment, and surrounding property. Tasks include, but are not limited to general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.

This position works independently and you must take pride in your work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow safety guidelines and act in safe manner.
• Demonstrate and support the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations.
• Maintain landscape at refill stations.
• Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.
• Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations per company standards.
• Support and assist with construction / development efforts as needed.
• Repair water only and water-ice units as needed
• Properly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipment
• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area*
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending
• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water only and water-ice units
• Ability to work in heat
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred
