Job summary

Watermill Express is seeking a Maintenance Representative to maintain, repair and support refill station structures, equipment and surrounding property, including cleaning, plumbing, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting.

This role works independently and you must take pride in your work. It requires driving to locations using a company vehicle and maintaining safety and order across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical/maintenance education or experience preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid, current driver's license.
• Ability to work a required schedule and perform basic painting and tool maintenance.
• Capable of lifting and performing physically demanding maintenance tasks.
• Safety-sensitive position due to operation of company vehicle on public roads.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and company Code of Conduct.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations and maintain surrounding properties.
• Repair and maintain water-only and water-ice units as needed.
• Perform basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Transport company vehicle to multiple locations and manage inventory.

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive-up format.

The Maintenance Representative is experienced in the proper maintenance, repair, and support for the refill station structure, equipment, and surrounding property. Tasks include, but are not limited to general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.

This position works independently and you must take pride in your work.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in safe manner.
• Demonstrate and support the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations.
• Maintain landscape at refill stations.
• Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.
• Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations per company standards.
• Support and assist with construction / development efforts as needed.
• Repair water only and water-ice units as needed
• Properly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipment
• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area*
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending
• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water only and water-ice units
• Ability to work in heat
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work

Education, Experience And Certificates

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred
• This position is considered safety sensitive due to the essential requirement of operating a company vehicle on public roadways.
