Job summary

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks providing affordable, sustainable drinking water and ice through a drive-up format. The Maintenance Representative role covers maintenance, repair, and support for refill stations, equipment, and surrounding property.

Tasks include cleaning, plumbing, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs, and some refrigeration upkeep. The position works independently and requires pride in workmanship, safe practices, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical/maintenance background preferred.
• Ability to perform painting, minor repairs, and basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required; safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
• Paint refill stations, walls, doors, posts and roofs as needed.
• Pressure wash refill stations and maintain surrounding areas.
• Repair and maintain refill stations and associated equipment.
• Drive company vehicle to locations as needed across assigned area.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting per company standards.
• Support construction/development efforts when required.
• Maintain inventory and care for company vehicle and tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive-up format.

The Maintenance Representative is experienced in the proper maintenance, repair, and support for the refill station structure, equipment, and surrounding property. Tasks include, but are not limited to general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.

This position works independently and you must take pride in your work.

You Are Eligible For

• Starting hourly rate is $ 19.00

Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in safe manner.
• Demonstrate and support the company's Code of Conduct.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations.
• Maintain landscape at refill stations.
• Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.
• Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations per company standards.
• Support and assist with construction / development efforts as needed.
• Repair water only and water-ice units as needed
• Properly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipment
• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area*
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending
• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water only and water-ice units
• Ability to work in heat
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work

Education, Experience And Certificates

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred
• This position is considered safety sensitive due to the essential requirement of operating a company vehicle on public roadways.
