Job summary

Watermill Express is looking for a dedicated individual to perform maintenance and repair work on refill stations while ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. This role involves driving a company vehicle to various locations, performing various physical tasks, and supporting overall company operations.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and possess skills in painting and tool maintenance, along with a valid driver's license and a positive attitude.

• Electrical, maintenance, repair or similar education or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
• Demonstrate and support company’s Code of Conduct.
• Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.
• Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.
• Drive company vehicle to locations throughout assigned area.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act in a safe manner.
• Demonstrate and support company’s Code of Conduct.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations.
• Maintain landscape at refill stations.
• Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.
• Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations per company standards.
• Support and assist with construction/development efforts as needed.
• Repair water‑only and water‑ice units as needed.
• Properly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipment.
• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area*.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending.
• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water‑only and water‑ice units.
• Ability to work in heat.
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work.

Education, Experience & Certificates

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical, maintenance, repair or similar education or equivalent experience preferred.
• This position is considered safety sensitive due to the essential requirement of operating a company vehicle on public roadways.
