Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and plant equipment in Phoenix. You will perform diversified duties to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, knowledge of 480V and 3-phase systems, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance. Day shift hours are 10:00am–6:00pm with overtime as needed and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training required.
• 1–3 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase and other voltages is required.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems.
• Glass industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Detect faulty operations or defective material and report anomalies to supervision.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

What You Will Be Doing

• Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and repair of production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
• Detect faulty operations or defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

Skills You Bring

• Minimum 1-3 years industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical plant experience.
• Minimum high school education and/or vocational school
• Knowledge of 480v 3 phase/270v/110v/24v
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
• Experience within the glass industry a plus
• Able to use Multimeter efficiently
• Highly proficient at troubleshooting electrical issues
• VFD programming knowledge preferred
• PLC output and input controls troubleshooting
• Knowledge of potentiometers/servos/drives/encoders
