Job summary
Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and plant equipment in Phoenix. You will perform diversified duties to keep operations running smoothly.
The role requires electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, knowledge of 480V and 3-phase systems, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance. Day shift hours are 10:00am–6:00pm with overtime as needed and occasional weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or vocational training required.
- 1–3 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of 480V 3-phase and other voltages is required.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems.
- Glass industry experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
- Detect faulty operations or defective material and report anomalies to supervision.
