PROJECT COORDINATOR III

$65,000 - $76,000/year

What You Will Be Doing
  • Follow up on quotes and answer customer inquiries.
  • Estimate simple projects based on customer specifications and product knowledge.
  • Enter time-sensitive orders and verify job information in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors to purchase and track hardware.
  • Support project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managers.
  • Prepare project documentation including orders, warranties, close-out packages, and related materials.
  • Assist with customer visits and support external sales efforts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with Accounts Receivable to support billing activities.
  • Train new team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Support estimating and project management processes while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Help ensure projects remain on track and meet customer expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills You Bring
  • Experience in customer service and vendor coordination.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Associate degree and 2--4 years of relevant experience required. Glass/aluminum industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfort with numbers and the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, area, and related measurements.
  • Experience working independently and proactively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Physical Requirements

Sedantary work with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
