Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in construction or similar.
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and safety compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure longevity and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the Construction industry or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, preventive maintenance, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, blueprint reading, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• A strong commitment to safety, with the ability to comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent. A relevant certification or degree is a plus.
