Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for the community.
• Complete service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee maintenance team.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety standards.
