We are currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the general maintenance and curb appeal of the apartment community. Responsibilities

1. Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems. Install new appliances as needed.
2. Complete resident service requests promptly.
3. Maintain the exterior of the property to ensure clean and appealing curb appeal at all times.
4. Follow all OSHA regulations and health, safety, and environmental laws.
5. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of related experience.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required.
3. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in HVAC systems; HVAC certification preferred.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
6. Available to respond to after-hours emergencies on call.
7. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
8. This role may require a valid driver’s license.
