Reports to: Die Maintenance Team Leader

Position Summary: Responsible for tool and die repair.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Repair metal stamping dies – all types including draw, trim, progressive, and pierce dies.
2. Assist with troubleshooting die performance issues.
3. Perform preventative maintenance on dies.
4. Operate cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Tool & Die department.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• Knowledge of various types of steel stamping dies.
• Experience with die welding (TIG & ARC welding).
• Proficiency in hand grinding techniques using various grinding equipment.
• Ability to operate cranes and forklifts.

Education and Work Experience:
