Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Esplanade By The Lake in Oklahoma City, OK. You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, perform basic maintenance, and respond to service requests on-site.

Ideal candidates have two years of on-site multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a practical, can-do attitude. You will assist with grounds, preventive maintenance, and after-hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform make-ready unit turns, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Reliable, responsible, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepping apartments for make-ready turns.
• General maintenance duties as necessary.
• On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls.
• Snow removal and grounds maintenance of common areas.
• Preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
