Job summary

Friedman Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle on-site maintenance for multi-family properties. You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, complete service requests, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems.

On-call for after-hours emergencies and snow removal are included. Requirements include two years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family properties, basic tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification a plus; basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepping apartments for make-ready turns and completing work orders.
• Preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other systems.
• On-call for after-hour emergencies and snow removal; maintenance of common areas.
