Brookside Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for our apartment community in North Little Rock, AR. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs and assist residents with service requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• Apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience.
• HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Handle resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain property grounds and amenities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
