Job summary

Brookside Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Icon Lakewood in North Little Rock, AR. This hands-on leadership role oversees maintenance, grounds, and amenities, guiding a maintenance team to deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, unit turns, scheduling staff, responding to on-call requests, and coordinating vendors while managing inventory and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal HVAC certification.
• Strong electrical, plumbing & general maintenance skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation, basic tools & on-call availability.
