Job summary

Westfields Hospital & Clinic is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate, repair, and maintain hospital facilities and equipment. The role ensures a safe, cost-effective, and reliable campus to support patient care.

FTE 1.0 (40 hours) with rotating shifts and on-call coverage. Primary site is Westfields Hospital in New Richmond, WI, with occasional support at other HealthPartners St. Croix Valley locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Two-year technical training in building maintenance.
• One year experience in operation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair and maintain hospital facilities and equipment.
• Support Westfields Hospital site including on-call coverage.
• Provide support at HealthPartners St. Croix Valley locations as needed.

Education

High School graduate or equivalent

Job description

The Maintenance Technician operates, repairs and maintains hospital and associated buildings' physical plants and equipment in a safe, cost effective and industry accepted manner, assures a safe and reliable facility to provide services.

Work Schedule

1.0 FTE - 40 hours

Hours are:

Rotating: M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm, 9am - 5:30pm
Call rotation every 4th week.

Every 4th week Saturday and Sunday

The primary responsibility for this position is supporting the Westfields Hospital site, including on-call coverage. Additionally, this role will provide support at other HealthPartners St. Croix Valley locations as operational needs arise.

Required Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two-year technical training in building maintenance.
• One year experience in the operation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a healthcare setting.
