Job summary

Westfields Hospital & Clinic in New Richmond, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate, repair and maintain our hospital facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, reliable environment for patient care.

The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; a two-year technical training in building maintenance and one year of healthcare HVAC, electrical and plumbing experience are preferred.

The Maintenance Technician operates, repairs and maintains hospital and associated buildings’ physical plants and equipment in a safe, cost effective and industry accepted manner, assures a safe and reliable facility to provide services.

Work Schedule

1.0 FTE - 40 hours

Hours Are

Rotating: M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm, 9am - 5:30pm

Call rotation every 4th week. Every 4th week Saturday and Sunday

The primary responsibility for this position is supporting the Westfields Hospital site, including on-call coverage. Additionally, this role will provide support at other HealthPartners St. Croix Valley locations as operational needs arise.

Required Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent. Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

Two-year technical training in building maintenance. One year experience in the operation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a healthcare setting.
