Job summary

The Arbor Company in Shrewsbury, NJ, seeks a Maintenance Assistant to prepare apartments for new residents, perform light repairs, and assist the Maintenance Director on a range of projects.

You will work in a team, use general handyman skills, and help keep supplies organized, with growth opportunities and access to benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• General handyman skills and ability to complete basic repairs.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• You help prepare empty apartments for new residents by painting and making small repairs.
• Support the Maintenance Director with various projects using general handyman skills.
• Keep supplies organized and ready for the next project.
