Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Memphis, TN. You’ll help ready vacant units with painting and minor repairs, support the Maintenance Director on diverse projects, and keep tools and supplies organized for upcoming work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic handyman and repair skills.
• Ability to paint and perform light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare empty apartments for new residents by painting and minor repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Director with a variety of projects.
• Keep supplies organized and ready for upcoming tasks.
