The City of Naperville Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining a variety of City facility systems and/or other equipment while participating in in-house construction projects.
This position is represented by IUOE Local 399. Wage rates and other benefits are subject to the language in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The 2024 starting salary for this position is $27.30 per hour. The 2025 wage will be implemented once a new collective bargaining agreement is ratified.
