Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our community environments comfortable and welcoming for residents. The role involves hands-on upkeep of HVAC systems, elevators, and safety systems to uphold high standards of living.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related work experience; HVAC certification is preferred and CPR certification is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• CPR Certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
