Bridge Senior Living in Mount Pleasant, SC is hiring a Maintenance Tech to keep the community in top condition for residents to call home.

The role includes HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords, plus routine preventive maintenance and prompt response to resident requests. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of maintenance experience; HVAC certification or CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• HVAC Certified Preferred.
• CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards.
