Job summary

Clean Tech Recycling in Dundee, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our plastic recycling machinery running at peak efficiency. You will perform routine maintenance and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime.

The role offers a 3-2-2-3 shift, pay from $24+ per hour, and benefits from day 61, including 401k and PTO. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience and strong mechanical skills, with electrical knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
• Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
• Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion
