Job summary

Clean Tech in Dundee, MI is seeking a Factory Maintenance Technician for our recycling facility. This Direct Hire role offers paid training and a clear path to advancement. Shift is a 3-2-2-3 schedule with 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am rotations.

Responsibilities include maintaining plastic recycling machinery, improving preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Previous mechanical experience is required; electrical knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical skills; electrical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance for machinery and equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
• Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
• Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
• Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion

Location: Dundee, MI

Pay: Depending on experience

Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

• Days: 7am-7:30pm
• Nights: 7pm-7:30am
