Job summary

Clean Tech Recycling is hiring a Manufacturing Production Operator in Dundee, MI. The role focuses on monitoring and operating plastic recycling equipment, maintaining processes, and leading changeovers while ensuring quality and safety.

You will feed lines with raw materials, move supplies with a forklift when needed, and uphold 5S standards in a fast-paced facility. Direct hire with 401k, PTO, and medical benefits; Sundays paid at 2x.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use ladders and stairs throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate plastic recycling equipment safely.
• Maintain processes and equipment; perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Lead process changeovers, quality checks, and production tracking.
• Feed lines with top-quality raw materials for post-consumer plastic resin.
• Operate forklift to move materials as needed.
• Maintain area in accordance with 5S standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position: Manufacturing Production Operator Location: Dundee, MI. 48131 Pay: $20.25/hr ($40.50 on Sundays) Shift: 3-2-2-3 Schedule (3 days on, 2days off, 2 days on, 3 days off) Nights: 7pm-7:30am

In this role, you will: Monitor & operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner Maintain processes and equipment, including basic maintenance and equipment troubleshooting Lead process change overs, quality checks, and production tracking activities Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin Operate forklift to move materials as needed Maintain area to adhere to 5S standards Other duties as assigned
