Acara Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Melbourne, FL for one of our top clients! This dynamic company is a leading provider of printed circuit board assembly and electronics manufacturing services.

Location: Melbourne, FL 32904

Pay: $15.50/hr

Hours: Full-Time; 1st Shift 7AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities

1. Repair and maintain basic production equipment.
2. Adhere to preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
3. Coordinate and perform day-to-day work orders.
4. Implement good housekeeping practices throughout the facility.
5. Clean and wipe down contact surfaces daily.
6. Maintain outside areas for trash and small maintenance items.
7. Perform minor building repairs, reporting to the Custodian Supervisor.
8. Perform line and office moves as required.
9. Ensure cleanliness of work areas and surrounding spaces.
10. Clean, sanitize, and maintain bathrooms using specified procedures and products.
11. Dust, wax, and wipe down furniture as needed.
12. Vacuum and mop floors and carpets.
13. Empty and wash garbage bins; manage recycling procedures when necessary.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to undergo and pass background check and drug screening upon acceptance.
• Must be ITAR compliant: U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, and temporary residents granted amnesty.
