Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Manchester, NH area. This 2nd-shift, direct-hire role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, with a strong emphasis on electrical, controls, and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, PLC/drive experience, and the ability to read schematics. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with compensation up to $45/hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of maintenance, electrical, or controls experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and industrial equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on equipment repair experience.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Experience using electrical meters and other troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Allen-Bradley PLC/control experience.
  • CMMS or work-order system experience.
  • Technical degree, certificate, or related training.
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Diagnose electrical, controls, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
  • Work with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motor controls, sensors, and other industrial controls
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
  • Replace and install electrical/electronic components as needed
  • Assist with wiring, equipment installations, and modifications
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
  • Use meters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment
  • Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
  • Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
  • Follow established safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE requirements

Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM-10:45 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: Up to $45/hour, based on experience

About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Manchester, NH.

This is a direct-hire, 2nd-shift position for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and has a strong background maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment. We are looking for a good combination of electrical, controls, and mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment
