Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

Nashua, NH | 3rd Shift | Up to $36/hour + 25% Shift Differential

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to support production and quality standards.
• Complete maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventory transactions using CMMS software.
• Assist with facility maintenance needs, including basic plumbing, welding, and general building upkeep.
• Support safe operations while working in a manufacturing and chemical-processing environment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations and work overtime as needed for equipment coverage.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate or at least 2 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience required.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of AC/DC power systems, PLCs, industrial controls, computers, and automated equipment.
• Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
