Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Manchester, NH area. This 2nd-shift, direct-hire role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, with a strong emphasis on electrical, controls, and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, PLC/drive experience, and the ability to read schematics. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with compensation up to $45/hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance, electrical, or controls experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and industrial equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on equipment repair experience.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
Experience using electrical meters and other troubleshooting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Allen-Bradley PLC/control experience.
CMMS or work-order system experience.
Technical degree, certificate, or related training.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment
Diagnose electrical, controls, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Work with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motor controls, sensors, and other industrial controls
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
Replace and install electrical/electronic components as needed
Assist with wiring, equipment installations, and modifications
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
Use meters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot equipment
Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
Follow established safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE requirements
