55 Compass Connections seeks a dedicated maintenance worker to help keep agency facilities safe and clean while supporting foster care programs. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in janitorial or maintenance, and knowledge of chemicals and cleaning safety.
You will follow federal and state guidelines, operate maintenance equipment, and participate in team decisions, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Background checks and drug screening are required.

Academic Req: Required –High school diploma, or equivalent
Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention
Work experience: Required – Two (2) plus years of experience in janitorial or maintenance and knowledge of chemicals and reactions, and safe and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment; Preferred – Three (3) plus years of related experience and/or training
