Compass Connections is seeking a dedicated Food Services team member to support the Food Services Department and function as the supervisor in their absence. The role emphasizes sanitation, accurate food preparation, and compliance with safety and program standards.
The position requires a high school diploma, preferred associate degree, and a minimum of six months related experience. Fluency in English and Spanish and strong customer service are essential for success.

Required – High school diploma, or equivalent; Preferred – 2-year Associate degree from an accredited program/institution, or two or more years of college-level coursework
First Aid CPR Emergency Behavior Intervention
Required – Six (6) months of related experience and/or training; Preferred – Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training
