Compass Connections is seeking an Overnight Shelter Manager for the 10pm–6am shift. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and a background in social services or related fields.

Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Academic Requirement: Required - Associate degree or bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university preferably in one of the following areas: social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field of study; Preferred - Graduate degree from accredited program/university in a related field.
Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention
Work Experience: Required - Minimum of one (1) year of related experience and/or training; Preferred - Two (2) plus years of related experience and/or training
