Job summary

Renoir Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Los Angeles to support property management teams and keep units in excellent condition.

You will handle work orders, assist with turnovers, and coordinate with vendors for carpet and cleaning projects. This role emphasizes reliability and hands-on collaboration across maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or trade skills preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete work orders.
• Strong time-management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor on property projects.
• Completes work orders for residents efficiently and timely.
• Performs start-to-finish vacant unit turnovers for new move-ins.
• Coordinates with vendors for carpet/flooring replacements and cleanings.
• Ensures trash removal across the property is performed.

General functions of the Maintenance Technician:

• Works closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects
• Completes work orders for residents efficiently and timely
• Complete start-to-finish vacant unit turnovers for new move-ins
• Work with vendors to complete projects: carpet/flooring replacement, carpet cleaning, unit cleaning
• Ensures that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
