Renoir Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property managers and supervisors on property projects, complete work orders, and ensure smooth turnovers for move-ins.

The role involves hands-on maintenance tasks and collaboration with other team members to maintain high standards across properties. The position requires working with vendors for carpet and flooring replacements, carpet cleaning, and unit cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects
• Completes work orders for residents efficiently and timely
• Complete start-to-finish vacant unit turnovers for new move-ins
• Work with vendors to complete projects: carpet/flooring replacement, carpet cleaning, unit cleaning
• Ensures that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
