Job summary

Renoir Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property management teams across assignments, handling a range of tasks to keep properties in top condition.

You will work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects, respond to work orders, and manage vacant unit turnovers. You will also coordinate with vendors for carpet work and cleaning and ensure waste is properly removed from sites.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects
• Completes work orders for residents efficiently and timely
• Complete start-to-finish vacant unit turnovers for new move-ins
• Work with vendors to complete projects: carpet/flooring replacement, carpet cleaning
• Ensures that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
