Job summary

Renoir Staffing, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Oakland, CA to support property management teams by handling property projects, completing resident work orders, and coordinating with vendors to keep communities well maintained.

You will work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to execute planned projects, perform vacant unit turnovers from start to finish, and help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects
• Completes work orders for residents efficiently and timely
• Complete start-to-finish vacant unit turnovers for new move-ins
• Work with vendors to complete projects: carpet/flooring replacement, carpet cleaning
• Ensures that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
