Renoir Staffing, a California property management staffing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property projects and on-site handyman tasks. You will work with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to keep units ready and properties well maintained.

Responsibilities include completing work orders for residents, turning over vacant units start to finish, coordinating with vendors for carpet replacement or cleaning, and ensuring trash removal across properties.

Responsabilidades

• Works closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to complete property projects
• Completes work orders for residents efficiently and timely
• Complete start-to-finish vacant unit turnovers for new move-ins
• Work with vendors to complete projects: carpet/flooring replacement, carpet cleaning, unit cleaning
• Ensures that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
