Job summary

F&F Realty offers a full-time maintenance technician position at International Village in Lombard, Illinois. You will perform repairs, handle maintenance requests, and ensure make-ready tasks are completed on schedule.

Ideal candidates have electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, or drywall skills, plus reliability and teamwork for on-call coverage within 30 minutes of the property. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, apartment discounts, and training opportunities.

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
• Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.

• Have current HVAC certification or willingness to get
