Job summary

F&F Realty Partners LLC is seeking a career-minded Maintenance Technician for Glen Oaks Commons, a 500-unit apartment community in Des Plaines, IL. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • CPO certified and Universal EPA.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

The right candidate will be a person who enjoys building relationships with their team members and residents. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks.
