Job summary

F&F Realty Partners LLC is seeking a career-minded Maintenance Technician for Glen Oaks Commons, a 500-unit apartment community in Des Plaines, IL. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPO certified and Universal EPA.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.
