Job summary

F & F Realty Partners, LLC in Wheeling, Illinois is seeking a full-time maintenance technician for our Lake House apartment community. You will handle and prioritize routine repairs, respond to maintenance requests, and ensure work orders are completed on schedule.

The role requires hands-on work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, drywall, and snow removal, with on-call availability within a 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Timely completion of routine repairs and work orders.
• Make-ready repairs completed correctly and on schedule.
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors repair.
• Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall repairs and snow removal.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property for on-call.

Responsibilities
