You will perform make-ready work, respond to maintenance requests, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents. On-call duties and reliable transportation are expected.

F&F Realty has grown again and we are searching for a full-time maintenance technician for Lake House Apartments located in Wheeling, Illinois.

Summary of Qualifications:

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
• Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, dry wall repairs and snow removal.
