You will perform a variety of repair tasks across the community, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general interiors. The role requires reliable transportation and on-call availability within 30 minutes of the property.

Qualifications

• Experience completing routine repairs and maintenance requests promptly.
• Ability to perform quick make-ready repairs and service work to schedule.

• On-call availability within 30 minutes of property.

Summary of Qualifications:

• Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders throughout the community.
• Ensures all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Assess and repair issues including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and interiors. Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, dry wall repairs and snow removal.
